U14 Boys Selby League Team season 2011/12
Under 14 Selby District Junior League
Last season's squad made great improvements on previous seasons. With competition for all places, the boys rounded off the season with a good run-in that saw consistent results against the top sides to finish 4th in the division. The challenge for the boys now is to maintain that improvement into the under 14 season. Good luck lads.
Coaches:
Club Welfare Officer Stephen Shippey moves into his 5th season as a boys team coach and 10th season with Rangers following on from five seasons as a girls team coach. Stephen is an FA Qualified Coach at Level One and Level Three Youth and has many years experience as a player, manager, referee and open age coach having also recently coached and managed a UK team in an international tournament.
Tony Roberts, entering his second season as a coach, and Brian Woolley provide valuable assistance at training and on match days, with positive encouragement for the boys whether they win lose or draw.
