Season 2009/10  proved to be a very successful one for the First and reserve teams of Garforth Rangers AFC.

With both teams based at The Podger, Garforth. The first team took the Wakefield & District FA League Dision Two title as well as winning the Division 2 Cup in a nail biting Final encounter with Morley C&SC at Nostell Miners Welfare Ground.

UPDATE : Garforth Rangers AFC's First team will represent the club in Div2 of the West Yorkshire Association Football in season 2010/11. Following two consecutive titles in the Wakefield & District FA League the club was supported by the League's officials in our application to join the WYAFL.

The Reserve side established themselves as a force in Div 3, in their first season, with a 5th placed finish. This was achieved despite a poor start and there is plenty yet to come from a very young side. This side will again play in Div3 of the W&DFAL in season 2010/11.

The club's U21 side continues to give young players a testing introduction to open age football. in the WRCFA Midweek, Floodlit League. All matches are played on a quality 3G playing surface
